Gizmo Pictures Terms and Conditions
Terms are net 15 from date of invoice. Payment may be required before production
begins. All footage and related materials remain the property of Gizmo Pictures
until payment is received. Concepts, scripts or ideas, either verbal or written,
developed by Gizmo Pictures are considered intellectual property of Gizmo Pictures. Clients
become owners of finished project masters and all elements used in the final project
upon final payment. A complete copy of all footage may be made available to
the client for a small fee. Gizmo Pictures is not liable for loss or destruction
of any client footage or materials while in our possession. DVD copies of client projects are not guaranteed to
play properly in all DVD players. Cancellation fees may apply. We would never give,
share, sell, rent or transfer any personal or company information to any third party.
